For vertical multiple cuts, it is necessary to control the tension of the cutting part and the compressive force of the rubber roller. Due to its instability, multiple cuts can seriously affect the accuracy of the cross-cutting, resulting in large amount of waste and defective products after printing, and increase the cost.
The straightness of the cut section should be checked before installation (light transmission or national standard plug). The installation break single sling blade, with a "feeler" 0.05 mm standard size (or 0.05 mm copper skin), on the transverse cutting knife roller under the shoulder on both sides of the iron (a finish machining datum is best), make the blade mouth prolapse; The broken blade is about 0.04-0.06 higher than the roller shoulder iron. Coarse, tight, locking bolts to tighten the gasket to the surface of the broken blade. Bolt fastening from the middle to both sides to extend for uniform force, avoiding the blade not straight, bruise. Then remove the 0.05 mm layer on both sides, put a sponge on it, and try to cut off on the machine. If there is any problem reset (also can be adjusted on the broken knife bottom roller). When cutting, no excessive noise, good vibration, and the machine can not affect the normal printing, when sponge glue, roll body oil pollution should be cleaned.
The cutter shoulder iron (roll shoulder) should stick to the wiping felt provided by the manufacturer and drip appropriate amount of oil every day. And regularly clean the dirt on the felt to prolong the service life of the roll body.
During the cross cutting, we must pay attention to the position of the corner and the tangent line, and the tangent line (also known as the knife line) at the four corners of the layout. Its function is to cut the edge of the finished product and use it as the standard mark of the knife edge as the basic.
The tangent line is at the bottom of all the rules, so when the edge is cut off, all the other lines are cut together.
The corner line (outer corner) is located in the four corners of the layout. As the basis of the specification of the version, if the Angle is not enough, the tangent must be printed. Otherwise, the specification of the finished product will not meet the requirements of the production.
