In this case, we should try to increase the impact velocity of the air flow and make the horizontal airflow uniform as far as possible. Because for ink and wash, the impact speed of drying airflow is greater than that of heating. Besides, the excessive heat distortion of the substrate will lead to overprint.
The UV ink (UV) has good stability and does not need to clean the machine regularly. Good fixation, use the photon source of ultraviolet ray to carry on illuminate, it is fixed in a few seconds, making the printing piece smooth, colorful. (but water-based polish should be washed in hot water in time.)
A protective measure applied on the surface of the printed material after the printing has been completed to protect the printed image from rubbing against and increasing the wear resistance of the printed material; It can also improve the water resistance of the printing products to a certain extent. Because the light has high intensity ultraviolet radiation, it should be avoided directly to the skin, and the light can not be directly viewed with eyes.
