We added PLC into slitting machine, creating an innovative environment of human-machine interaction.

PLC(*Programmable Logic Controller), is one of industrial digital computers, which has been ruggedised and adapted for the control of manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines, or robotic devices, or any activity that requires high reliability control and ease of programming and process fault diagnosis.

PLC is always highly intergrated with the functions of circuit protection and self diagnosis, dramatically enhancing the stablity of system. Besides, with the great help of the more reliable and advanced modular construction, users can exceedingly flexibly change the function and scale of controlling system, thus it is absolutely appropriate for any controlling system. Furthermore, we can install it in a very simple way, because it can run without a very strict method of shield. Instead, we can have it work normally as long as we connect the detecting device and actuator correctly. With the giant and increasing application amount of SCM, PLC is highly expected to reach another level of computing capabilities,  decresing the difference between PLC and computer as well.
