In the early spring of the year 2024 , Boris ,who is the DOUBLE V group CEO ,came to china with Mosco plant manager Nikolai and St. Petersburg plant manager Igor .

Pro 1600 turret slitter with Spanish customer  -Vrio Pack

In the early spring of 2024 ,we received an wechat apply from a person named Allen.

After talking ,I know ,he is a purchase agency of a well known Spanish company  --A professional manufacturer of paper bags in Spain . --VRIO PACK .

Allen asked me to make the quote of PRO series 4 shaft slitter ,after around 1 week ,

one day ,i received a call ,who is from Allen ,he came to Ruian city for the Plant inspection ,also for the 4 shaft slitter checking .

Allen chose at least 3 factories to check ,

But he found only us :Raloyal makes the 4 shaft turret slitter in Ruian city ,the other competitor who told him can make ,the video is from us !

After around 2 weeks ,allen held inner meeting with Head company in Spain and confirmed the PRO 1600 slitting machine .

Thanks for allen and Vrio Pack support ,the machine lead time is 90 days ,in  Hot summer July ,Allen came for the FAT ，stayed at workshop in whole day for 3 days without any fear of the super hot temperature .

What a strict FAT and How hardworking allen !

Machine run perfectly and every details meet the production order demand .

The amazing thing is :from the machine delivery to machine arrival at Spanish customer plant , Allen only asked us to provide the Spanish manual and the wire diagram ,

they did not ask any other question for the machine setup and the running .

I feel very curious and asked Allen ,he said  :The machine in customer plant run very well and without any question !

And thanks again for Allen and his company VRIO PACK ,they agreed our another customer from Portugal ,who is also very interested our Pro 4 shaft turret slitter ,but they have doubt and must come to check the machine by eye , after our applying ,Vrio Pack they agreed the Portuguese customer to visit  .

Without any suspense , our Portuguese customer also concluded the PRO 4 shaft turret slitter with us in the year 2025 ,and now the machine have finished the setup and training .
