In Year 2024 ,a customer  from Guangdong province  ，Mr Chen ,who is a professional purchase agency for paper customer in Argentina market  ,they found us ,and want a solution for plotter paper ,kraft paper ,Sublimation paper .

Because for this customer ,in the past years ,the machine they used to rewind have many problems as bellow .the photo below is the problem they faced often .

and the other problem is rewinding efficiency is low .

Raloyal have double shaft rewinder machine , which can rewinder material without stop .

Autoatic fly cut ,auto push ,and also film packing etc .

Unwind roll diameter can reach 1500mm ,the max rewind roll diameter can be even up to 400mm .

Machine have automatic tension control by PLC ,which is much matured technology,can solve the problem of this Argentinan customer perfectly .

They are very interesting after the solution providing .

And we showed our case which made before for customer of Bulgaria ，this have increased the confidence for this rewinder machine .

And on Nov of 2024 ,they paid a visit to our factory to check machine more closly  ,

on Dec of 2024 ,the order is concuded smoothly as the others .

The macine standard function is :Turret rewind ,automatic fly cut .Option function is :

Auto push and film packing . Mr Chen also added the optional function .

And after this set machine ,

the 2^nd set same type rewinder machine was confirmed by another Argentian customer ,

this machine was puchased by ruian trading company .believe this customer must be affected by Mr Chen’s customer .
