Rotary die cutting machine is a die-cutting
way of by using flexible die to cut out of shapes from the material. The
flexible die is sticked to the magnetic cylinder. Since the magnetic cylinder
is round, the matching embossing roller is also round. When the Rotary die
cutting machine performs operations, the upper and lower two cylinders will be
pressed together. The flexible die makes contact with the material and cuts off
shapes from it. The die cutting pressure of rotary die cutting machine is
relatively stable, more suitable for processing the finished product which has
strict requirements for finished products, like products requiring high-speed
automatic labelling.
